  • WE DO NOT OFFER BOUDOIR SERVICES.(Eg. Lace, Nude, Topless)

  • Make up and hair must be done prior to the shoot.

  • A 50% Non-refundable Downpayment is required on the time and date of booking your shoot. full payment must be recieved 1 day before shoot date .VIA ZELLE (MARK007JOHN@MSN.COM) Or Apple Pay!

  • Our fees does not include booking a studio. Client should book studio or we can book one for you but payment for the studio must be made on booking date.

  • Additional Retouches are $25 per photo.

  • Turnaround time is 7-10 Business days for images to be delivered ( Mon-Fri ).

  • 20 minute grace period then the session is subject to cancellation. (see Late fees below.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you are unable to make your session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee.

  • 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.

  • The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.

  • If Mark and Kecil Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, inclement weather, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

  • In the event Mark and Kecil Photography fails for any other reason, Mark and Kecil Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

20 minute grace period then the session is subject to cancellation or a reduced time. Fees to proceed after 20 minutes:

  • 30 minutes late - $30

  • 45 minutes late - $40

  • 1 hour late - $55

Important

This serves as a model release. Mark and Kecil Photography reserves the right to use RAW images, edited images and/or reproductions including Video Trailers for advertising, display, publication or other purposes, not restricted to use on the web, Facebook, instagram, business cards, or posters and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.

Payment of deposit constitutes as agreement to all Mark and Kecil Photography terms and agreements.
